Pastor Dylan Valliere

Rev. Dylan Valliere
Senior Pastor

Pastor Dylan is grateful for the privilege of serving as Senior Pastor of Faith Chapel.  He is passionate about proclaiming Jesus Christ to all peoples, for their joy, to the glory of God and takes seriously the role of pastor as shepherd.  Pastor Dylan has been in full-time vocational ministry since 2003.  For three years, he served as a youth pastor in Minnesota then as a senior pastor in western Wisconsin for ten years.

Pastor Dylan was born and raised in Vermont.  He came to faith in Jesus in late high school and subsequently moved to Illinois to attend Wheaton College where he earned his B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies.  He and his wife, Kari, were married in 2001 and have four children in the elementary through teenage range.

Pastor Dylan considers it a blessing from God to serve God and God's people as a pastor and prays that God will continue to enable and empower him to serve faithfully,  in love, and in truth.  He enjoys reading, computers, photography, hunting, good coffee, and good friends.

Brian Jacoby
Elder

Brian Jacoby has attended Faith Chapel since 2002 after he graduated from UW-Stevens Point with Fisheries and Biology degrees. It was during his time in Stevens Point that he became a follower of Christ. Fishing remained a hobby but God led him to use his talents in a different career path. After 20 years in the electrical field, Brian is now a master electrician. He has used these abilities to serve at Faith Chapel for many years as a Trustee. Brian has led and participated in small group Bible Studies over the years.

His family, including his wife Elizabeth and four kids, have recently become involved with the Safe Families Ministry at Faith Chapel to serve families in crisis. He has a passion for God's Word and serving God's people in practical ways by working with his hands.

Nic Sparacio joined the Elder board in 2011 after serving as a deacon, men's ministry leader, and AWANA leader in years past.  Nic's ministry passions are growing strong families and marriages, seeing men grow as leaders and disciplers, and engaging in meaningful worship through song.  "I am thankful for all who attend Faith Chapel and pray that we are able to truly be the body of Christ to one another, building each other up, and glorifying God."

Nic and his wife Caryn have three children ranging from toddler to teenager.  The Sparacio family loves camping, biking, and playing board games together.  Nic and Caryn have participated in and led many Faith Chapel Care Groups over the years, and encourage everyone to plug in.  In the workplace, Nic has found himself in federal, county, and city-level government positions, and aims to be a godly influence in those environments.  In his free time, Nic enjoys fishing, hunting, biking, and running.
